SDSVA receives Al Saf Council building in Kalba

Sharjah24: Sharjah Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs (SDSVA) initially receives the building of the Al-Saf District Council in the city of Kalba in preparation for its commencement to join the series of councils.
The building, which the Department of Public Works  has completed the stages of its construction and has raised its readiness to start its work, shall serve the people of Kalba city and achieve the possible benefits of its services in order to fulfill the roles and functions of the Council. 

The handover was attended by Abdullah Suleiman Al-Kabouri, Director of Councils Affairs in the District and Villages Affairs Department, and Bodour Al-Suwaidi, Head of Information Technology Department, Hamad Al-Ghafli, Head of Councils Follow-up Department, in addition to the presence of Eng. Bashayer Al-Mansoori, Director of the Public Works Department in Kalba.

During the handover, they toured the council’s corridors and halls, and the councils, offices and halls of the building were reviewed. 

The Al Saf Suburb Council building is characterized by the integration of its external and internal engineering with the building style of all the councils of the suburbs of the Emirate of Sharjah, which was characterized by a mixture of urban and modern, in addition to the availability of spacious facilities that serve to meet social works, whether weddings and funerals , as well as meetings in order to achieve the objectives of the councils. 

The council was established on an area of 5,600 square meters, while the building area was about 1,000 square meters. The building includes a main council, two sub-majlis, service rooms, and 4 offices for employees, in addition to an office and a meeting room for members. Decorative walls were built for the council, and car parks with service annexes and service rooms were built.
