Sharjah24: The Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs (SDSVA) revealed the completion of the construction and design works for the Al Saaf Suburb Council (ASSC) building in the city of Kalba, being one of the suburban council buildings that will be added to the series of councils in the Emirate of Sharjah. Abdullah Suleiman Al Kabouri, Director of the District and Village Councils Affairs Department, confirmed that the new Al-Saaf Suburb Council in Kalba is an important addition to the suburban councils, aiming to serve the people in the city.
In an exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, Abdullah Suleiman Al Kabouri pointed out that Al Saaf Suburb Council is the second council in the city of Kalba, revealing that the third council is about to complete, which is the Khor Kalba Suburb Council. He also stated that Department received Al Saaf Suburb Council building, to be the second council in the city after the Suhaila District Council.
Al Kabouri added that work on the series of suburban councils comes in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
Concluding his statement, he has highlighted Al Saaf Council’s distinguished and strategic location, eing an important link between the people and government institutions, and attractive destination for different targeted activities and events.
