Sharjah 24: The Sharjah men's handball team continued its successive victories in the final round of the Handball League for the current sports season by beating Al Ain team, with a score of 26-21.
This came in the match that brought the two teams together, on Saturday evening, at Al Ain Club Hall, as part of the fourth round of the competition's final round.
The competitions are held in the league system from one round, to determine the champion and the final arrangement, and it includes 8 clubs: Sharjah, Shabab Al Ahly, Al Wasl, Al Ain, Al Nasr, Al Jazira, Maliha and Dibba Al Hisn.
With this result, Sharjah continued to lead the handball league alone with 14 points, and awaits Al Jazirah match, 12 points, expected at the Sharjah Hall, next Friday. This will largely determine the identity of the champion of this edition. The Sharjah team hopes to maintain the league shield for the sixth time respectively, and the 16th in the club's history.
