Sharjah24: The Eastern Region Police Department (ERPD) of Sharjah Police organised for its members the Open Day Forum, taking place on Dibba Al Hisn’s beach.
The forum was attended by Brigadier General Ahmed Haji Al Serkal, Director General of Police Operations at Sharjah Police, Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai Al Hamoudi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department, along with other ranking officers and officers.
During the forum, Brigadier General Al Serkal stressed the keenness of Sharjah Police to enhance positivity among the force members via its motivating initiatives and activities.
Colonel Dr. Al Hamoudi stated that the forum included a sports programme aimed at motivating employees to practice sports, enhancing positivity and fitness, and building self-confidence. He added that the forum presented various cultural, entertainment, and sports programmes to provide an atmosphere of energy and positivity, away from the daily work routine.
The programme included various activities, including kayaking, volleyball, beach football, and archery.
Concluding the activities, the entities contributing to the success of the event and the winners of the event’s competitions were honoured.
