During a ceremony attended by Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and a number of senior commanding officers, Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Al Athmni Director General of Sharjah Police Science Academy, delivered a speech in which he thanked and appreciated the Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler's Office for honouring the award ceremony.
During his speech, Al Athmni explained that the award comes to provide a way to invest in human energies, enhance competitiveness, and transform the concept of innovation into effective and supportive work and institutional culture at the Sharjah Police Science Academy.
He noted that the award deals with three areas: administrative, educational and training. In addition to the fact that it includes bachelor’s degree students, graduate studies, staff and faculty, along with specific categories and criteria that serve the idea of the award, which revolves around developing solutions to the challenges facing the academy in those areas and developing services.
Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi announced the launch of the award, and then honoured the three best creative ideas for the Golden Jubilee ceremony of the Ministry of Interior, and the three best creative ideas for the Silver Jubilee of the Police Science Academy.
