Sharjah 24: In addition to literary publications of poets, Poet Mariam Al Naqbi, the person in charge of the Poetry Oasis pavilion at Al Batayeh Folk Festival, says that Poetry Oasis conducts cultural activities and contests connected to vernacular poetry and introduces festival guests to pioneering Emirati poets.
According to her, the Poetry Oasis's cultural programming include a variety of poetry nights and contests for various age groups.
