Sharjah24: Mleiha Cultural & Sports Club (MCSC) obtained the second intellectual property within the intellectual works documented by the Ministry of Economy (MoE) by preparing a (Board Strategy Work Guide) to integrate with the previous intellectual property obtained by the club.
The first intellectual property in the manual for evaluating the performance of administrators, coaches and technical bodies was the second in the framework of the keenness of the club's board of directors headed by His Excellency Muhammad Sultan Al-Khasooni.
The second ownership that the club obtained under the name of Classified Registration Certificate No. (504_2021) aims to establish a framework for the governance of the performance of the board of directors of Mleiha Club by focusing on the responsibility of the board of directors, supervision, with enforcing managerial accountability.
The Club’s achievement came after the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee prepared a guide of the board’s work strategy, including in its various sections the objectives of the board of directors, the responsibilities of the board, and the tasks, jurisdiction and powers of all members.
For his part, His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al Khassouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, revealed that the all members of the club’s board of directors have participated in preparing the action guide for the strategy of the Board of Directors, aiming to review and approve the policies of the club’s governance system, and to supervise the implementation of the proper internal control systems, in addition to supervision on the implementation of internal and external audit systems on total quality systems.
For his part, His Excellency Nasser Juma Al-Mahrazi, Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee, stated that the club excelled in documenting administrative and technical procedures, achieving remarkable success that ensures optimal investment in all the administrative and organisational resources available in the club.
