Sharjah 24: The General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Municipalities, Security Affairs and Public Utilities of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), during the meeting held at the council’s headquarters in Sharjah, reviewed work for 2022 during the third regular session of the tenth legislative term.
The committee was briefed on the mechanisms of work and proposals, and took the appropriate decisions as well as following up on different topics of interest to society and citizens.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Ali Mehd Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Council, and was chaired by His Excellency Obaid Awad Al Tunaiji, Chairman of the Committee, and attended by His Excellency Obaid Muhammad Al Qadeed Al Tunaiji, the Committee’s Rapporteur, and the members His Excellency Ahmed Rashid Ali Al Naqbi.
During the meeting, the committee discussed the agenda and the visits during the coming period, especially during the first quarter of 2022, and reviewed what the departments are doing to serve the community.
The meeting discussed the preparations of the topics related to the policy of the Department of Housing in the Government of Sharjah during the month of January, in addition to conducting a number of visits, including the Department of Planning and Survey, and Sharjah municipalities.
