Local Emiratisation in Sharjah Police local sector reaches 70%

Sharjah 24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, valued the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for providing job opportunities for citizens looking for work, within the 2022 budget of government departments, leading citizens to a bright future.
Al Shamsi added that the directives of the Ruler of Sharjah aimed at developing the society of the UAE in general, and Sharjah in particular.

He affirmed Sharjah Police’s keenness to abide by the directives of the wise leadership aimed at Emiratisation, and to provide opportunities for citizens to participate in advancing the development and growth in the Emirate of Sharjah, noting that this trend will be a continuation of the Emiratisation process that began in 2021.   

He added that the total Emiratisation index at the Sharjah Police level reached 75.97%, while the local Emiratisation rate reached 70%, 100% for leadership positions, 99% for supervisory positions, 66% for executive positions, and 45% for specialised positions.

The Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police indicated the keenness to implement the aspirations of the wise leadership in preparing for the next stage in the Emiratisation process, in coordination with Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR).
