Shaima Nabil Khalifa, head of excellence and quality at SDPW, indicated that the award this year was divided into 5 categories, and carried many goals and positive values that the department is keen to spread among employees, including innovation in administrative work and fieldwork, encouraging competition among all Individuals within departments, and spreading the concept of quality and excellence.
Among the most prominent categories of the Award include “Outstanding Employee in Supervisory Field”, “Outstanding Employee in Administrative Field”, “Outstanding Employee in Technical Field”, “Outstanding Employee in Engineering Field”, and “Outstanding Employee in Customer Service Field”.
The SDPW pointed out that the award falls within the framework of the Directorate's tireless endeavour to meet the aspirations of our wise leadership to show positive energy as a medium to achievement, creativity, and excellence.
