On December 31st, Sharjah's Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) will conclude its final round of government employees’ performance evaluation.
As per a process that began in early November, final evaluations of the employees’ performance would be made in accordance with annual performance document.
Employees are encouraged to self-assess their performance through the use of a performance assessment system, which serves as a means of fostering a culture of continual improvement in the workplace.
