Sharjah24: In an expanded meeting with the partners of the Arab Parliament for the Child (APC) from the UAE, aspects of joint cooperation and raising the readiness to host Sharjah for the work of the third session of the Arab Parliament for the Child in its second session, which is scheduled to be held on February 17, 2022.
The theses and the interventions of the partners converged in offering qualitative programmes that benefit Arab children during their presence in the UAE, informing them of the most prominent cultural and tourism projects, as well as receiving multiple programmes and workshops that develop their creative and parliamentary skills.
This came during the meeting chaired by Ayman Othman Al-Barout, Secretary-General of the APC in Sharjah, and attended by representatives of a number of federal and local authorities in the UAE.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ayman Al Barout welcomed the attendance of all parties involved in the current preparations for the UAE’s hosting in the Emirate of Sharjah for the third session of the second session of Parliament, pointing out the importance of the partners’ role in completing the success system achieved by Parliament under the support and follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
After that, the partners presented their various perceptions and their contribution to organizing various events during the presence of Arab children’s parliamentarians in the UAE and organising activities that converge with the Parliament’s objectives in rehabilitating them and completing previous successes that are added to the balance of Arab childhood.
