Sharjah 24: Colonel Jassim bin Hadda, Director of Operations Department at the Sharjah Police (SP), stated that on the 50th anniversary of National Day, the Central Operations Room handled 13,987 calls across the Emirate, including 12,275 calls on the 999-emergency number and 1712 calls on the 901 number, which is devoted to general inquiries and services.
He stressed that the calls were processed quickly in coordination with other law enforcement agencies to ensure a prompt response to the required places.
