Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police observed a minute of silence for the souls of the UAE's martyrs, honouring and commemorating their sacrifices for the nation.

The UAE flag was raised at 11:30 am at the Police Sciences Academy in the presence of senior Sharjah Police ranking officers.

Brigadier General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, stated that n this glorious day, Sharjah Police salutes the nation's martyrs as an appreciation for their sacrifices so that the UAE flag remains high.
