PCE’s inmates enjoy Expo 2020 activities remotely

Sharjah24: In a beautiful gesture, the Punitive and Correctional Establishment (PCE) at the Sharjah Police General Command launched an initiative that combined the societal initiatives and human rights, entitled "Visit Dubai Expo 2020", which is considered the first at the state level. The initiative was held remotely.
This came in the presence of Colonel Mona Sorour, Deputy Director of Punitive and Correctional Institution at Sharjah Police General Command, Lt. Colonel Salem Al Ketbi, Director of the Men's Prison Branch, and a number of officers of the institution.

The initiative, which will continue until the end of the global event, came with the aim of introducing the inmates to the knowledge, historical and cultural gains of the peoples from around the world, having an opportunity to know the most important innovations and development projects.

The initiative included a package of cultural events and competitions for the inmates on the pavilions of the countries participating in Expo 2020 Dubai.
