Sharjah 24: Demonstrating loyalty to the nation and its wise leadership, and pride in the UAE's 50-year development, Monday, the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) held a celebration in memory of the Nation's 50th Union Day in front of the zone's flag-draped building, in the presence of Saud Salem Al Mazrouei, Director of HFZA, and a number of employees.
On the occasion of the country's 50th Union Day, Saud Salem Al Mazrouei expressed his heartfelt greetings and wishes to the wise leadership.
Al Mazrouei stated that commemorating this momentous occasion epitomises all of the meanings of loyalty and belonging to one's homeland and wise leadership, emphasising that the UAE has demonstrated its ability to make numerous global achievements over the last half-century, establishing itself as a pioneering model of comprehensive and sustainable development for all countries in the region. It is recognised as a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation due to its unique environment, which is complemented by all of the necessary qualities and ingredients for success.
The ceremony began with the raising of the UAE flag to the accompaniment of the national anthem, and continued with a variety of national and heritage activities, including folk songs, national songs, and traditional dances performed by national troupes, as well as artistic performances that embodied the UAE society's cultural heritage and translated the stages of union formation and the march toward progress and prosperity.
