Sharjah24: His Excellency Khalid Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Committee for National Day Celebrations, extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership, the people of the Emirates and its residents on the 50th National Day.
In statements to “Sharjah 24” on the sidelines of the first celebrations organised by the committee from Khorfakkan amphitheater; attended by about 2,500 participants, he announced that this year's celebrations include various cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah.
He explained that the celebrations of the Golden Jubilee include 10 major cities and regions, and include various events and performances that highlight the achievements of the UAE , popular heritage and national identity, and the performances will continue until December 3.
Sharjah's celebrations started from Sharjah city and extended to the cities of the Central Region and the Eastern Region, including singing evenings, marine marches , cavalry shows, classic car shows, in addition to fireworks.
