Sharjah24: Sharjah Social Services Department and Ajman Businesswomen Council signed a cooperation agreement, to exchange experiences especially in the field of entrepreneurs.
The agreement was signed by Afaf Ibrahim Al Marri, Head of the Social Services Department in Sharjah, and Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairman of the Ajman Business Women Council, member of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber, on Sunday at the headquarters of the Ajman Business Women Council.
Afaf Al-Marri expressed her satisfaction with the signing of this agreement, which would benefit a large segment of small business owners who are housewives and open up ways for them to expand their commercial projects to reach parts of the world, stressing the role of SSSD in empowering women and helping them launch projects that support them financially and morally.
For her part, Dr. Amna Halifa welcomed the agreement and called on all women who have the capabilities and skills to benefit from the institutions that support and help women, stressing that Emirati women are active in the UAE society, therefore the primary role falls on them to take the initiative and contribute as long as they have all opportunities and services.
