Sharjah24: In the presence of the players and cadres of Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club, a lecture was organised this afternoon on the topic of tolerance and forgiveness, which converged with the club's goals and vision in interacting with global events and occasions.
The club organised the lecture to confirm the data of the International Day for Tolerance, and the lecture was delivered by Sheikh Muhammad Hamid Abdullah, a preacher, imam and preacher at the Public Authority for Endowments Affairs.
The lecture dealt with the role of the UAE, its keenness on rooting tolerance and its approach to promoting peaceful coexistence and consolidating the principles of peace and tolerance, and pointed out the importance of urging all peoples to transcend human values and reject intolerance and hatred.
