His Excellency Saif Mohammed bin Ruwaijda Al Ketbi, member of SCC, explained that the Council approved its recommendations to the Human Resources Department and focused on the issue of replacement and Emiratisation in Sharjah government departments.

Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24", His Excellency Saif Mohammed bin Ruwaijda Al Ketbi said that SCC was interested in developing solutions for job seekers, the part-time work system, and the continuity of remote work in accordance with approved mechanisms, in addition to the process of Emiratisation within the private sector.
