Sharjah 24: The Strategic Planning Office of the Sharjah Government's Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) held a brainstorming session at the Centro Hotel in Sharjah to come up with recommendations and unique creative ideas to help the next strategic plan succeed.

Dr Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources, department directors and their deputies, department employees from all functional levels, and all organisational units in the department attended the session.

The session's focus was on the department's strategic orientations, which derive from His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the Emirate's Executive Council directives, the 50 Principles, and UAE Vision 2071, in addition to the outcomes of the department's prior strategic plan KPIs.

The session was divided into three major areas : human resource sustainability, new digital enablers, and exceptional institutional performance.

Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadim, the department's chairman, emphasised the department's enthusiasm in putting in utmost effort to improve human resources, and complimented the session's outcomes and new ideas. He highlighted the department's eagerness to hear all viewpoints, ideas, and initiatives that will help it improve.
