The PUC, SCC members to discuss the policy of SDHR

Sharjah 24: The Public Utilities Committee (PUC) of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) held a meeting to discuss the policy of the Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) and the status of the Directorate’s axes.

Held on October 26 at the SCC’s headquarters The meeting was chaired by Hanan Rashid Al Jarwan, the Vice Chairman of the SCC, in the presence of Ali Ali Mehid Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the SCC, Obaid Al Qabid Al Tunaiji, the committee's rapporteur, and other members of the Committee and the Council.

Al Tunaiji presented the results of the committee’s recent visit to the department, where the committee met with Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, head of the SDHR. He also presented the topics that were discussed with Bin Khadem regarding the policies of the Directorate and its programmes.

The meeting also reviewed the importance of the Directorate’s constant endeavour to provide job opportunities for Sharjah citizens according to their qualifications, apply the human resources systems used in the emirate, and study their continuous development to keep pace with global development.
