Rashid bin Humaid praises efforts of Asian Paralympic Committee

Sharjah24: Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Municipality & Planning Department in Ajman and President of the Emirates Football Association, praised the efforts of Majid Al Osaimi, President of the Asian Paralympic Committee, in developing the sport of people of determination in Asia and hosting the headquarters in the Emirates, highlighting the Football Association's support for the projects of the Asian Paralympic movement.
This came during his meeting with the President of the Asian Paralympic Games, in his office at the Municipality and Planning Department, where he was briefed by Al Osaimi on the role of the Asian Paralympic Committee and the achievements made during during two successive sessions until 2023.

The President of the Football Association directed the formation of a joint committee between the Federation and the Asian Paralympic Committee, to achieve many initiatives and events, with the aim to study its implementation during the next stage.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed the establishment of training and rehabilitation courses, in cooperation with the Football Association for coaches and administrators, to develop the football of people of determination, empowering affiliates to achieve their desired goals.

In turn, Majid Al Osaimi has further underscored the great support to the people of determination from the wise leadership, contributing in qualifying them and enabling them to ascend regional and international leadership positions, extending his thanks to the wise leadership.

The President of the Asian Paralympic Committee invited Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi to attend the opening of the activities of the Asian Paralympic Games for Youth, which will be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, from 2 to 6 December.
