Sharjah 24: Dibba Al Hisn Municipality revealed the 2021 third quarter report, including the most prominent participations, achievements and events realised by the municipality’s departments and sections to serve Dibba Al Hisn community, citizens and residents, as part of Dibba Al Hisn keenness to provide all services to the comunity.
His Excellency Taleb Abdullah Al Yahyai, Director of Dibba Al Hisn Municipality, said that the Municipality's Operations Department, represented by the Food Control Department, carried out 785 inspections visiting all establishments operating in the food sector in the city.
Al Yahyai added that the inspection and control teams managed, during their routine inspection campaigns, to confiscate and destroy about 98150 kg of food items unfit for human consumption.
Al Yahyai added that the Municipality’s Operations Department is working to upgrade the level of services in order to develop Dibba Al Hisn to remain an attractive destination for tourism and investment, and the perfect place for leisure, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to maintain the cultural and aesthetic features of Dibba Al Hisn.
Al Yahyai explained that the Department of Customer and Employees Happiness, represented by the Department of Customer Happiness, carried out 198 transactions related to lease contracts (new contracts and contracts attestation).
Al Yahyai stated that the municipality’s teams from different departments are available 24 hours a day, to meet the needs of the city’s residents, and in the event of any emergency situation, they can be reached on the emergency number (993) to get the necessary assistance by the competent teams in Dibba Al Hisn.
Commenting on the 2021 thirst quarter report His Excellency Taleb Abdullah Al Yahyai, Director of Dibba Al Hisn Municipality, said that the municipality, including all departments and sections, has exerted efforts during the third quarter of 2021 to provide the best services to citizens and residents in the city, in addition to ensure that all shops, commercial centres and markets are abiding by the instructions and laws regulating work, each in their respective field, praising the efforts and flexibility of the municipality staff in providing all services, in order to preserve the health of the population.
