Presented by Fatima Musa Al Balushi, Executive Director of the Sharjah Award for Voluntary Work and a Member of the Board of Trustees, The lecture included several axes, a brief about the award, an explanation of its importance, in addition to how to document the files and participations. It also clarified the mistakes that volunteers make in registration, participation, and documentation.
Al Balushi indicated that SAVW is keen to enhance the concept of volunteering in its programs, and to enhance social responsibility programs, as well as contribute to the development and improvement of its standard of living.
She added that the award will continue its induction programmes targeting government and private agencies, educational sectors, and also institutions in the country, stressing that the vital policy of the award is to encourage voluntary work.
