Sharjah24: The Sharjah Police General Command, in cooperation with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), organised a virtual workshop via the video communication to explain the criteria of the Sharjah Best Security Standards Award Criteria (SBSSAC), presented by Captain Hamid Khalfan Al Kindi, Head of the Institutional Excellence Department in Sharjah Police, in the presence of a number of police personnel and officials from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Commenting on this, Al Kindi stressed that the Award’s goals seek to enhance the position of the city of Sharjah as an inspiring destination to live, work and invest, in addition to spreading institutional governance and encouraging the adoption of quality standards; and developing the responsibility of private sector enterprises towards society. He also reviewed the criteria of the Award, shedding light on the most important requirements and controls related to participation in the Award.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Al Kindi has also underscored the constructive partnership with the Sharjah Chamber, which serves the country and the Chamber’s pioneering role in strengthening the economy in all sectors, contributing to advancing the development process in the Emirate of Sharjah in particular and the UAE in general.
