Held by the Community Police Department and the Media and Public Relations Department, at Al Amal School for the Deaf at Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services, the ceremonies were attended by Lieutenant-Colonel Mohammed Saeed Al Dhahouri, Head of Public Relations, Lieutenant Maryam Al Yamahi, Director of the Community Programmes Branch, Afaf Al Haridi, Director of Al Amal School for the Deaf, and a number of Sharjah Police and faculty staff at the school.
The great role that teachers in the various educational institutions play in raising generations in the UAE was highlighted during the ceremonies. The UAE achievements in the field of education locally and globally had also a considerable focus.
The honouring is also in recognition of teachers’ role in building process and sustainable development of country.
