Al Khaili unveils ‘5 Stars’ plate at SP ‘Traffic and Licensing’

Sharjah 24: Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, unveiled a five-star rating plate for the Traffic Services and Licensing Centre at the Sharjah Police, for its obtainment of a five-star rating within the Global Star Rating System.
Undersecretary Al Khaili and his delegation were welcomed by Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and other senior police officers and officials.

Major General Al Khaili congratulated the Centre’s employees on the achievement, which comes as a result of their efforts in implementing the standards of the distinguished government performance system and the achievement of the goals of the Ministry of Interior’s strategic plan to enhance customer satisfaction with the services provided, and in line with the vision of the wise leadership towards enabling the government sector in the country to excel in its systems and performance, its services and results, and to promote a culture of creativity, loyalty and excellence among all Ministry of Interior’s employees.

Lt. Col. Mohammed Abdullah Allay, Director of the Traffic Services and Driving Licensing Centre, detailed the Undersecretary on the services provided to customers in the Centre, and the mechanism of its workflow, in addition to the smart transformation in providing services, in accordance with standards of quality and institutional excellence.

Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for his interest and follow-up on the efforts made at the level of the general police commands, and the departments of the Ministry of Interior in upgrading customer services, and their relentless efforts to reach the best standards set by the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program (EGSEP) to promote  their services to the seven-star category in response to the ambitions and aspirations of the UAE wise leadership.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior concluded his visit by meeting the work team at the Traffic and Licensing Services Centre, congratulating them on this advanced achievement and urging them to redouble efforts to achieve more success, progress and leadership.
