The session was held via videoconferencing technology “WEBEX” presented by Nada Abdullah Al-Juwaid, Head of the Performance Evaluation System Follow-up Section at the Human Resources Department, and hosted by the certified trainer Abeer Riyad, targeting directors, deputies, heads of departments and people in government agencies of the Emirate of Sharjah.
The session addressed a number of topics including job evaluation, ways of polishing employees' skills, in addition to the methods of linking the strategic plan of the work to the individual goals of the employees.
