Sharjah24: The Shared Services Department of the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) held a meeting with the Sharjah General Directorate of Civil Defense (SGDCD) to discuss a number of topics, enhancing the developments of the security and safety systems in facilities, with the aim of preserving lives and property.
The meeting was chaired by Colonel Sami Al Naqbi, Director General of the General Department of Civil Defense, and Mariam Obaid bin Hashem, Director of the Shared Services Department at the Authority.
Commenting on this, Mariam Obaid bin Hashem confirmed that the Authority is keen to enhance understandings between the two parties, achieve a fruitful strategic partnership, support development initiatives that serve the residents of the Emirate of Sharjah, develop constructive and lasting relationships to achieve common goals, and work together to organise procedures and controls for the installation of security and safety systems, shedding light on the mechanism for their implementation to preserve lives and property. She indicated also that a number of topics were discussed during the meeting.
