Sharjah24: Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah has welcomed the announcement of the 'Principles of the 50’, stressing that it is a historical document that highlights the country’s achievements during the fifty years as an unprecedented global experience, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
This comes on the sidelines of announcing the 'Principles of the 50' document, which outlines the political, economic and development map for the coming years, nearly 50 years after the founding of the state.
He added that the document’s principles are considered the constructive cornerstone towards the societys’ advancement according to the highest standards, translating the vision of the country in empowering humans and placing them at the forefront of the progressive movement, contributing in promoting the country’s status as a prominent global place.
Concluding his statement, he emphasised the great role of the “Fifty Principles” document promotes the path of progress and development for all the Emiratis, enabling them to enjoy prosperity and decent living, along with a balanced foreign policy, fruitful cooperation with all countries.
