Sharjah24: Captain Hamid Al Kindi, Chairman of the Sharjah Police Youth Council, confirmed that the support given by the General Command of the Sharjah Police to the council had a great role in achieving the council's desired goals, by empowering young people and unleashing their creative potential, to be active partners in achieving the goals of Sharjah Police, pointing out to the percentage of youth among the police force's employees reached 46%, of which 30% are in leadership positions.
Al Kindi revealed that the Sharjah Police Youth Council achieved a package of community initiatives that were implemented during the years 2020 and 2021, which contributed to the dissemination of various cultures, such as the culture of volunteer and humanitarian work among the leadership staff and the society as a whole.
Al Kindi pointed out that the number of initiatives implemented by the council, which amounted to (11) areas of security and administrative work from the youth category, through drawing clear training and professional paths.
The head of the Sharjah Police Youth Council also referred to the awards achieved by the council at the local and international levels, in addition to participating in many international events, including the Aqdar World Summit - Moscow.
