Sharjah24: Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) provided a set of environmental aid during the year 2021 until the end of last July, with an estimated value of more than 250 thousand dirhams, which benefited 31 families of orphans affiliated with the Foundation, with the aim of providing a decent and healthy residential environment for orphans and their families.
Various environmental aids to serve orphan families
The environmental assistance provided to the families of orphans varied, which included the contribution to providing environmental requirements for homes, in addition to providing maintenance services for their homes within the “Joudran” project, which is the most prominent project provided in the environmental aspect and aims to achieve a protective and suitable housing environment for the orphan’s family.
Mona bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Director General of the Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, said that the Foundation is keen to provide environmental services to the families of orphans within a package of services provided by the Foundation to ensure a suitable environment for the orphan living, and to contribute to providing their basic needs in a way that helps improve their living conditions and live in dignity according to the concept of care.
Al Suwaidi added that the Foundation has adopted the needs of environmental families and launched environmental projects and programmes that support the provision of a healthy and appropriate environment by residing orphan sons.
