Sharjah24: Al Dhaid Municipality announced the implementation of inspection campaigns during Eid Al Adha period on some food establishments such as mills, toasters and sweet shops to ensure the extent to which shop owners adhere to health requirements such as the quality of the products offered for sale, which are in great demand, the way they are presented and sold, the validity dates and the safety of packages from any damage.
Another campaign was conducted on men's and women's salons and outlets selling cosmetics and skin care, which aims to ensure compliance with precautionary measures and health requirements and to check product data and conformity to specifications.
Ahmed Musabeh Al Tunaiji, head of the Public Health Department, revealed the results of the two campaigns, indicating the number of violations, which amounted to 5, and the amount of seized materials, which amounted to 34.438 kg and 449 packages, and the number of warnings reached 17 warnings, and 16 follow-up warnings.
The municipal slaughterhouses of the Al Dhaid Municipality announced that 1298 sacrifices had been received during the three days of Eid Al-Adha, while achieving all the necessary health foundations to preserve the health and safety of the public and taking into account the precautionary measures in light of the Corona pandemic.
