Sharjah24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of the Sharjah Police, honoured a number of front-end employees at the Distinguished Customer Happiness Centres for providing services that met the highest standards, as part of the Sharjah Police's motivation and rewarding approach.
He also honoured the Kalba Comprehensive Police Station’s visual Inference team for their contributions to the Ministry of Interior's strategic objectives of improving security and safety, increasing customer satisfaction with services provided, and ensuring the provision of all services in accordance with quality, efficiency, and transparency.

Major General Al Shamsi praised the honourees for their tangible efforts in serving customers and community members, praising front-line personnel for achieving the quickest service delivery time and increasing productivity by 50 percent in the second quarter of this year. 

He also praised the visual inference team for their enthusiasm and commitment to performing their duties to the best of their abilities, reflecting the leadership's desire to provide the best services to customers with ease in an effort to improve the quality of life, and urged them to keep excelling and improving the police systems.

The honourees, for their part, expressed their gratitude for the recognition, which they saw as a powerful drive to put forth more effort and give more generously.
