Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police General Command (SPGC) achieved a 95% happiness level of happiness across their services during the first half of this year. Results are according to opinion polls measuring customers' happiness on the services provided, which contributes significantly to improving and developing the quality of services, and reaching excellence in providing government services.
Colonel Nasser Saeed bin Afsan, Director of the Department of Electronic Services and Communications at Sharjah Police revealed that the total number of services completed through the Sharjah Police smart platforms, during the first half of this year, amounted to 14,066 smart services, ranging from community security services, police services, traffic services, and businessmen services.

Colonel bin Afsan stated that the 34 smart services provided by Sharjah Police through the smart application "Shjpolice" and website www.shjpolice.gov.ae, represent 71% of the digital transformation plan for services. The digital transformation plan contributed to accelerating the pace of service delivery, and allowed customers to easily access services at any time and place without the need to visit service centres, which reflects the leadership’s interest in developing and improving smart channels, in line with government goals and directions in this regard.
