Al Suhub Rest Area opens its doors to families during Eid

Sharjah 24: Rashid Abdullah Al Mehyan, Chairman of the Parents Council in the Central Region of the Sharjah Education Council, confirmed that the Al Suhub Rest Area in Khorfakkan will constitute a quality destination for families during Eid Al Adha and throughout the year.

He pointed that Al Suhub Rest Area, inaugurated before Eid, by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, represents one of the latest quality tourism projects in the city of Khorfakkan, whereas it is characterised by being located at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level, which gives it an international tourist advantage.

Al Mehyan called on families to visit and enjoy Al Suhub Rest Area and all tourist destinations established by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah in various parts of the emirate.

Al Mehyan pointed out that the 3-km mountain track that connects Al Suhub Rest Area and Al Rafisah Dam Rest House, provides a wonderful tour for family members, in addition to a track for mountain sports and adventure lovers, turning the tourism projects in Khorfakkan into an enjoyable experience for visitors to enjoy the spectacular landscapes.
