Sharjah24: The Parents Council in Central Region of the Sharjah Education Council, visited the House of Wisdom on Wednesday morning, which embodies the latest model of future libraries in the world in the Emirate of Sharjah.
This visit comes within the framework of activating the initiatives included in the strategic and operational plan, including activating the community partnership and field visits, which are among the most important pillars of the work of the Parents Council for male and female students.
The visit was made by His Excellency Rashid Abdullah Al Mahyan, Chairman of the Council, accompanied by the delegation of the Council. The delegation received Abdulaziz Al Matrooshi, the administrator at the House of Wisdom, and gave them an introductory tour that included all its departments and facilities.
Rashid Al Mahyan stressed the importance of the House of Wisdom project, which is one of the exceptional cultural projects that enhance the emirate's cultural position, which it has established over the past decades.
At the end of the visit, Al Mahyan presented the shield of the Council to the House of Wisdom as a special souvenir from the Council in the presence of the Council members.
