The vision of the institution is consistent with the objectives of the initiative for the goal of ensuring the provision of quality educational services and contributing in supporting the education system to provide a practical solution that meets the educational needs of students."
Sanadeh Saif Al dhahahi, education supervisor at Sharjah Education Council, said: "the Sharjah Education Council is keen to strengthen cooperation between Sharjah institutions, based on the principle of social responsibility. Cooperation with Sharjah foundation for social empowerment was achieved to implement the Madad initiative for the institution's orphan students, which has been in operation since 2017-2018. The initiative aims to provide educational care at all stages that students need to raise their academic achievement. The initiative has been a great opportunity for students to address the difficulties they face in their studies and qualify them for success. During the Corona pandemic, we were keen to continue providing these lessons through Tele-learning programs to ensure the continuity of success of the initiative and the provision of educational care for students.
During the previous years, the program has achieved a significant attendance of students who actively participated. As for mothers, they have shown a remarkable response to spreading awareness about creating suitable conditions for their children to raise their achievement level. There were satisfactory results as for commitment to attend lessons, ultimately realizing objectives of raising the achievement level. The children have also received attention and care from the staff of teachers and volunteer supervisors in the program and were given advice and guidance. The mentioned factors qualified them for success.
Alwasiya Umm Mohamed evaluated the experience and program stating the following "I thank all those involved in the implementation of strengthening lessons at Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation, who are keen to care and improve the educational level of the students and helping them to succeed. This reflected on my children, where I observed the positive impact of lessons on them, and I thank the participating teachers, who are very cooperative with us, exerting the best efforts to deliver knowledge to the students and making sure they attend the lessons and following up, so may God reward them all.”
The foundation is keen to cooperate jointly with entities and individuals in the " Allama Bil Qalam " project in order to provide educational support to orphan students and to overcome all the difficulties facing the education of the orphan from the beginning of his primary education until his graduation from the University.
