Sharjah 24: His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, in the presence of Colonel Yousef Obaid bin Harmoul, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department, honoured an Asian collaborator for his cooperation with the police in arresting a criminal who tried to steal personal property of a passerby.
This honour came in appreciation of his efforts and good behaviour, as it came within the framework of activating the role of community partnership between Sharjah Police and community members, in addressing any of the negative behaviours that threaten the security and stability of society.
His Excellency Al Shamsi affirmed the Sharjah Police’s constant keenness to honour its collaborators from members of the community, in appreciation of their sincere efforts that serve the community, and to motivate people who contribute to supporting security, which in turn is raising awareness of the public of the common role in maintaining the security and stability of society.
For his part, honouree affirmed that what he has done is part of his societal duty, expressing his appreciation for the efforts made by the Sharjah Police in enhancing security and safety in the Emirate.
