Sharjah24: Out of its keenness to train its affiliates in the various skills of the entrepreneurship sector, Sharjah Youth Foundation, affiliated to the Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, organised a distance learning programme entitled' Challenges on Your Path to Entrepreneurship. '
The programme presented by consultant and media consultant Hazza Ibrahim Al Mansoori was implemented to provide participants with the skills to establish small entrepreneurial projects and overcome the challenges facing entrepreneurs in converting ideas into projects on the ground.

The affiliates got acquainted with an overview about the steps for establishing an entrepreneurial project, beginning with choosing the idea and preparing the initial study to measure the extent of the market's need for the project, the importance of the feasibility study before starting the implementation of the project, and through the preparation of technical and marketing studies and defining the target group, in addition to the financial study, down to how Transforming the idea into an existing project in terms of determining the location and equipment, issuing the trade license, the internal system for managing the project, selecting competent employees to ensure the success of the project, marketing skills, and product pricing.

Al-Mansoori reviewed essential points in choosing the entrepreneurial idea and the most important challenges facing entrepreneurs in converting the concept into an existing project, whether on the ground or first through cyberspace, in addition to a set of marketing errors affecting the success of the project and how to manage money and cash flows.

Al-Mansoori provided a set of important entrepreneurial advice, which helps entrepreneurs succeed in their projects and enables them to distinguish themselves from competitors in the market away from tradition.
 
Faris Saleh Al Ali, an affiliate of the Wasit Youth Center, expressed his happiness to participate in the program and said: "I learned during the program the reasons for the success of the project by answering a set of essential questions before starting the implementation of the project, including whether the time is appropriate to start the project, and are the products that I will sell seasonally. Or fit the market throughout the year '.
