Sharjah 24: The Media and Public Relations Department of Sharjah Police (SP) received a delegation from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai, with the aim of reviewing the policy and working mechanism of the Media and Public Relations Department of SP.

The visiting delegation listened to the explanation of Lieutenant Colonel Dhiab Ahmed Buhandi, Head of the Media Afairs Department at SP, and a number of its officers about the media policy of SP. In addition to the mechanisms for working in its media fields, such as journalism, publishing, communication, electronic and television media, and the role, it is entrusted with in raising security awareness among members of the society.

For its part, the visiting delegation thanked SP, praising the efforts it is making in the field of security media, which made it have reliable in this field, stressing its endeavour to benefit from the pioneering experiences closely adopted by SP in this field.
