Sharjah 24: Mona Karam, Director of the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) Branch in Khorfakhan, announced that 32 persons with disability have been recruited at several public and private sectors’ establishments in the Eastern Region in addition to employment of 11 affiliates in three productive projects overseen by the SCHR branch.
In her exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, Karam said that the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services always seeks to provide means of support for affiliates with various disabilities, especially in aspects of training and vocational rehabilitation. She added that that the branch continues to attract and qualify talented people and integrate them into the labour market.
Director of SCHS branch in Khorfakkan explained that the branch manages and runs operation of 3 important economic projects pointing out that the projects are practical laboratories that allow the affiliates to be trained and professionally qualified to be productive and effective members in their society.
