SCC’s Legal Committee reviews 6 referred complaints

Sharjah24: During its meeting held at the Council’s headquarters in the city of Sharjah, the Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) processed 6 complaints that the Council received during the last period.
The meeting, being held on Tuesday morning, was chaired by His Excellency Dr. Shaheen Ishaq Al Mazmi, Chairman of the Committee, in the presence of several dignitaries and officials.
The committee studied those complaints received by the Sharjah Consultative Council from the public and citizens, reviewing the legal responses and taking the appropriate decisions in their regard.
During the meeting, the Committee affirmed that it will continue to receive the complaint received by the council from the public and citizens via the council’s website http://www.ccsharjah.gov.ae. His Excellency Dr. Shaheen Ishaq Al Mazmi, Chairman of the Committee, expressed the keenness of the Council’s Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee to fulfill its remarkable role, affirming that the Committee receives all complaints and proposals from the public and reviews them in order to ensure that the necessary requirements are met.
He explained that the Committee, during its meeting in May, reviewed six received complaints and prepared its opinion, in addition to taking decisions on a number of previously received complaints.
