Sharjah24: Sharjah Youth, affiliated to the Rubu' Qarn Foundation for the Industry of Leaders and Innovators, is presenting a group of specialised artistic workshops from 16 to May 20, during the first phase to receive works and participation in its virtual exhibition,' Art for All, 'in its second edition.
These workshops are part of Sharjah's youth keenness to create the opportunity for the target group to participate in the exhibition; young people aged 13 to 18, who are UAE nationals and residents of its territory. Encouraging them to participate in the exhibition with work reflecting their vision enhances their ability to visualize artistic creativity on the main theme presented in its second edition. Finally, the exhibition's main theme is "Year of Readiness for Fifty," and its three axes, embodied in youth and the readiness of the 50, the United Arab Emirates between the past and the present, and the Emirate of Sharjah.
Emirati artist Aisha Al Hamrani's workshops range from a drawing workshop entitled "My Family in A Drawing" to help young people understand their surroundings. A plastic arts workshop entitled "3D Drawings", as a fun technique in visual deception, allowing for the opportunity to build bridges between the maker and the public. The third workshop is entitled 'Let's go to space' using mobile photography, and it aims to broaden the participants' perceptions by using available tools to produce media content.
The exhibition's areas of participation include painting, sculpture, photography, multimedia arts, and digital art. Artworks and entries will be received from May 1 to June 30, 2021, via the website WWW.Shjyouth.ae.
