Sharjah 24: As part of the proceedings of the second regular session of the tenth legislative term, Sharjah Health Affairs, Labor and Social Affairs Committee of the Consultative Council (SCC) reviewed the different policies aimed at the Emiratisation of human resources in Sharjah private sector’s labour market; the importance of providing advice and professional guidance to the national workforce; achieving job stability for nationals; in addition to developing programmes to evaluate nationals’ recruitment in the private sector; and conducting training courses for nationals seeking jobs.
The Committee tackled the importance of coordinating with the competent authorities, developing recommendations that would work to promote Emiratisation and securing a suitable environment for nationals in the private sector.
 
His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Musa Al Balushi, Chairman of the Committee, confirmed that Sharjah Health Affairs, Labor and Social Affairs Committee of the Consultative Council (SCC), according to SCC plans and directives, is keen to review and develop mechanisms to regulate national human resources in the private sector;  and to determine the reasons for refraining from work in the private sector.  
 
Dr. Al Balushi concluded that the Committee aims at offering stability to the national personnel and providing the appropriate privileges and laws enabling them to work in this vital sector.
