The panel discussion was presented by Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Muhammad Al-Malih Al-Fazari, Head of the Scientific Research Department of the Sharjah Police Headquarters, and moderated by Ahmed Abdullah Al-Ghusaib Al-Naqbi, Chairman of the Council's Development and Excellence Committee. It was also attended by a number of parents, educators and school students
The Ramadan session was organised as part of the Council’s activities during the holy month of Ramadan, aiming at supporting Irtiqa initiative, within the strategic objective of the Sharjah Education Council.
The initiative is one of the mechanisms to support the efforts of schools and educational institutions in Sharjah, and to provide the necessary support to the educational process.
Ramadan session addressed "the impact of virtual education on the quality of life" and tackled distance education and virtual education, history, beginning worldwide and the UAE and the role supporting the continuity of education during the Covid 19 pandemic.
The session also covered the most important challenges of distance education and impact on education outcomes.
