Sharjah 24: His Excellency Brigadier General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police (SP), witnessed the conclusion of the twenty-eighth edition of the Ramadan Sharjah Police sports event organised by the Sports and Social Activities Department of the Media and Public Relations Department of Sharjah Police, and lasted for two weeks, where (12) various police departments and (350) players affiliated to the participated in the event. And (350) players affiliated to Sharjah Police General Command.
On the final day, the final of the football match brought together the teams of the Eastern District Police Department and the Operations Department, which resulted in the Eastern Province Police Department team winning 4 goals against 2.
Brigadier Bin Amer praised the great success of the SP Ramadan Sports Events, which was held in accordance with high precautionary measures to ensure players safety, administrators, and supervisors of all participating teams, praising the strong competition among the participants, and the exerted efforts of the of the organising committee members.
In conclusion, the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police presented the trophies and prizes to the three teams holding the first positions, where the Eastern Region Police Department team achieved first place in football, the Operations Management team came in second place, and the General Department of Police Operations team ranked third.
