Sharjah 24: Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) has concluded the qualification programme 'Strategic Management of Human Resources', to which 44 job seekers who hold administrative and human resources specialisations, and who are included in SDHR system from all cities and regions of the Emirate in the city of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
The programme was held using virtual training technology through Microsoft Teams, and dealt with many important axes, most notably: the functions of management in organising, planning, controlling, recruiting and directing. In addition to the historical development of human resource practices.
The programme also introduced attendees to the concept of human resource management as an organisational unit, a science, and an institutional function.
