SCFA lauds Emiri Decree on 'Personal Status'

Sharjah 24: Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA) in Sharjah, lauded the Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2021, issued by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, regarding the procedures followed when issuing and implementing judicial rulings and decisions related to personal status.
This came during the regular meeting held by SCFA’s General Secretariat recently, through visual communication technology, with the departments operating under the umbrella of SCFA, headed by Dr. Khawla Al Mulla, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs (SCFA), and in the presence of top officials. 

The meeting reviewed the most important results achieved by the departments during the first quarter of 2021. In addition, the meeting witnessed the presentation pf many of future plans and programmes by departments during the coming months.

The meeting also highlighted the “Tashbeek” initiative, through which similar activities and initiatives will be unified between the SCFA’s departments under one initiative, with the aim of working to strengthen the support mechanisms directed to these initiatives and expand the scope of beneficiaries.
